Fustra's concept
At Fusion Functional Training AB we are at the forefront of the global health and fitness industry. Fusion Functional Training AB have successfully formulated a concept that blends the two entities of the human persona, body and mind (mental training), to enable each person to maximize their potential to the limit.
FUSTRA-METHOD
The concept was renamed the FUSTRA-METHOD in 2007 and incorporates the two elements into all our packages from pt training to sales and marketing education.
HOW IT WORKS:
1) Through our mental training programs we dig deep into the subconscious mind to unearth the hidden jewels that reside in those recesses. Through experience, scientific and medical research, we realized that before any long-term physical changes could be made, the battle in the mind must be won first…on a daily basis. To release positive thought patterns into the ones inner self (spirit/soul), the mind must first be activated and receptive to positive change.
2) Through our pt programs and hours we demonstrate the physical expression the Fustra-method by blending all the different forms of training into a single session e.g. Strength training, condition training, heart-rate training, pilates training, functional training etc etc. BY using this method, we maximize all elements of the physical system to produce maximum calorie burn, maximum use of fat during training, maximum use of all muscle groups and also maximum use of mental focus and concentration.
3) An additional component to this physical style of training is the third element of the Fustra-method-nutrition. The use of correct nutritional programs and advice enables the results of the physical training to be crystal clear in as little as four weeks. This eradicates the need for short-term solutions and quick fixes and exchange is replaced by long term health which in turns by using the Fustra method leads to long term success in all areas of life.
