FUSTRA Beginner Program

Personal training is not just about looking good on the outside, its also about feeling good from within and making a series of changes that will ultimately improve the quality of ones lifestyle.

The FUSTRA Beginner Program is ideal for the absolute beginner or because of ill health, injury or lack of motivation, your absence from regular exercise has been over a year. The package consists in total 12 hours of one on one personal coaching. This includes 10 hours of personal training, an half hour health test and consultation before the first and last session and a one hour consultation with a dietist.

On this program the personal trainer will guide you expertly through a range of exercises in strength training, cardio training, core stability (stomach and lower back) and flexibility. The package is designed to be a kick start into regular exercise and is seen as a warm-up to the FUSTRA Fat-loss program.

In order to gain maximum benefit from this program you should aim to complete all ten sessions in a one month period.
