Fusion Functional Training AB retains the services of some of the best personal trainers in the Europe. We are confident that you will find a personal trainer that will suit your needs and requirements. Their educations are of the highest quality, and contains the now famous Fustra-method .

Our trainers must be in great shape and are tested physically each year, 5/6 but be excellent preformed in order to pass. The following moments are included:

Men:

  1. Running: 2 km under 9 min
  2. Fat %: Within recommended values.
  3. Squat: 10 rep. with the bodyweight on the bar. (90º)
  4. Push ups: 30 rep.
  5. Plank: 3 min
  6. Chin up: 10 rep.

Women:

  1. Running: 2 km under 10 min
  2. Fat %: Within recommended values.
  3. Squat: 10 rep. 25% of the bodyweight on the bar (90º)
  4. Push ups: 15 rep.
  5. Plank: 2 min
  6. Statisk chin-up: 1 min
