Fustra is Gothenburg based and is dedicated to giving our students and clients the highest level of knowledge, technical development and pratical training skills.

Our personal training educations are designed to ensure that our graduates go on to become exceptionally highly talented and successful 21st century personal trainers.

Antal dagar: 11 days

Pris: 38.000 SEK (10% rabatt för sjukgymnaster, dietister, hälsopedagoger, massörer etc) pris inkl moms och 1 tentamen.
(8 days for students with certified gymeducation , 25% discount off)

Avgift för omtentamen (dag 12 eller senare) är 1.500 SEK

Examination

För att klara examinationen måste eleven uppnå minst 75 % i vart och ett av nedanstående 4 delmoment:

Del 1: Teori (90 min)
En tentamen baserad på innehållet i utbildningsmaterialet samt föreläsningarna.

Del 2: Rollspel försäljning (15 min)
Rollspel utförs tillsammans med en handledare .

Del 3: Kalipermätning (15 min)
Kalipermätning utförs tillsammans med handledare.

Del 4: Programplanering (30 min) och verkställande av ovanstående träningsprogram (60 min)
Praktisk del av tentamen. Handledaren ger varje enskild elev en arbetsuppgift som innebär planering av träningsprogram åt en kund. Omedelbart därefter ska eleven verkställa programmet.

Exams

Exams is going to be one day after the intensive studing period. Students have to have 75% correct answers on practical and theoretical exam to pass.
All exams are in swedish.
Extra exams (day 12 or later if you wish) cost an additional 1500 SEK.

Diploma and License

Upon completing the course you are going to get a diploma and license to work as a personal trainer.
To have a high standard on the PT`s we have educated they have to renew their license every year for a cost of 1.500 SEK.
Every year week 25 during the weekend, if Midsommar, we have it one week earlier. We will send out mail/call you in good time before.

Payment

The whole education fee has to be payed three weeks before the course starts. Education fee can be paid to our bankgiro 329-3933 .

Cancellation

You have to inform cancellation four weeks before your course starts. If you already have payed the course you have 12 months to use your payment in our varoius educations. There is no refund.
