The final step in our personal trainer diplomas, is one that a Personal Trainer must achieve in order to reach the pinnacle of our prefession. During this course we target the specific group of sport (amateur and professional).

Students on this course will be taught how to develop training programs for different sports and also learn the complex art of power training, olympic lifting and plyometric training.
However, the skills learnt in the two previous diplomas are not to be forgotten, they are in fact essential to the students ability to assess weaknesses in the body which only surface when the level of training exceeds the normal levels of regular gym training. Therefore it is critical, that the student is given more time to get to grips with the highly technical aspects of this course, hence the extended period to study and prepare for the exams.

Also, with sports training, comes sports nutrition, the vital importance of recovery supplements and performance supplements are explored in this course, giving the student a sound knowledge of what is currently on the market and how such supplements can provide that vital ingredient in assisting a sports team or a sports indivdual quest for success.

Duration: 5 days
Price: 15.000 kr (incl moms and exam)

Due to the highly technical aspects of this course, students have up to one month from date of course completion to take the exam.

Exams

Exams is going to be one day after the intensive studing period. Students have to have 75 % correct answers on practical and theoretical exam to pass. Extra exams cost an additional 1500 kr.

Diploma and License

Upon completing the course you are going to get a diploma and license to work as a personal trainer.

Payment

The whole education fee has to be payed three weeks before the course starts. Education fee can be paid to our bankgiro 329-3933.

Application and terms

We would like you to send your application to us by mail. Eight weeks before course start, we will let you know if you have been granted a place or not. We educate only 16 people in one course, the reason being we want to guarantee a really high quality.

Cancellation

You have to inform cancellation four weeks before your course starts. If you already have payed you have 12 months to use your money in our varoius educations. There is no refund.
